An entertainment unit is a central focus in many living spaces, so choosing the right design is an important decision as it will be instrumental for setting the overall theme. At style my home we have have a range of classic and timeless Hamptons styles to suits a variety of homes and circumstances such as children using gaming consoles.

The good news for customers nowadays is that with the advance in technology, and less reliance on bulky electrical items in your digital space, the choice of designs is opening up. Whilst once they were constrained to choose typical entertainment units with open shelves, now they can choose buffets, cabinets or even consoles for the entertaining needs.

Here are some of our top options for entertainment areas out

Full wall Entertainment Units

These have been a customer favourite for many years. This is the ultimate when it comes to combining storage, display and entertainment in the one piece. The shelves are adjustable meaning you can remove or adjust the lower shelves to fit your television.  Our latest design, the Oxford, now has handy shelves for storage.Traditional Entertainment Units

The traditional entertainment units tend to be a lower height, and with an open section to store your entertaining components.  We have a range of sizes. Most customers choose a 165-170cm size or a larger 2m size.

Our most popular styles are Plantation, Ascot and Regency.

Buffets

Without the need to store bulky electrical goods anymore, we are seeing an increasing interest in our buffets for the entertainment space. And why not, our buffets provide loads of space and whilst being higher than an entertainment unit, its still at an adequate height to watch television.

Consider the Long Island, Plantation, or Ascot styles.

Console Tables

Some of our customers, in smaller or narrower spaces even choose a console table to their needs. Baskets can be used at the bottom to store more items. Consider the North Harbour, Bobbin or South Beach console table.

We have a timeless range of entertainment units and buffets to suit your needs. Please contact your local SMH showroom for more information.
